can anyone tell me about dating russian women?

I have recently been contacted through online dating by a beautiful russian woman, who keeps emailing me. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? I see from the long list of websites that alot of american men are interested in dating russian women. Any personal experiences would be helpful. Thanks.

    It could be a scam. Be VERY careful.
    DO NOT share any financial or other vital information with her.

    Be VERY leary..lots of guys get used by those women just so they can gain citizenship and then they dump the guy.

    I know about what you are talking. I was contacted by russian girl thru online dating and she was beautiful and we hit it on from there. i chatted her for about a month and suddenly she stopped replying to my mails for about two months.After two months she replied with an emotional mail stating her grand mothers health. how the thiefs entered her house and hurt her and she was in hospital and needed surgery and money for that and asked for my donation. and i knew where it was going.
