		<description>yes that is very possible even if you dont do it through him there are several differnt people you can do it through like the VFW, American Legion, and USO also websites like anysoldier.com and soldiersangels.com im sure if you get in contact with any of them they can lead you in the right direction of what you are looking to do..and also i just want to say thank you for your support it was the best feeling to get a letter/card from a total stranger thanking us and just letting us know people back home care..youre doing a great thing</description>

		<description>IMHO, they'd probably appreciate stuff that they actually USE more than just a bunch of cards. 

Baby wipes (no kidding, great for cleaning private parts when bath ain't possible), disposable razors, HeadBlades (tm) (for shaving heads), normal toiletry items like toothbrush, toothpaste, and whatnot... alkaline batteries (they're often used in radios or gunsights), and much more are always appreciated. You can always write on Post-it! (tm) note on the actual items.</description>
