Sure - you can tell everyone he left his disabled first wife in her ‘hour of need’

Don’t do that. Respond with the truth to demonstrate Democrats don’t have to stoop to the level of Republicans to win elections.

I’ve got the emails about Obama too, and while Snopes may claim the emails are false, there IS some truth to them. There are some false embellishments but that doesn’t make the entire document a lie. There are too many red flags surrounding Obama to discount them all.

with McCain, the truth is bad enough. No need to make anything up.

McCain has had some questionable sexual relations with domestic (and foreign!!) farm animals including goats, sheep, llamas, donkeys and border collies.

That is the lie. The TRUTH is that GOP candidates do **** other animals, especially dogs. check out the link.

You fight what is obviously the truth…and call them “lies” as you are in denial. That is also a choice, one which you have chosen to believe. So why cry about it, as the truth hits you in the face and you refuse to accept it, so be it.

Well, here’s something about Obama that’s true

Why does Obama sell out American workers?
    Barack Obama
“I will support a temporary increase in the H-1b visa program”

for those who think there’s a ’shortage’

    see this youtube

key quote from short youtube above:

““And our goal is clearly not to find a qualified and interested U.S. worker. And you know in a sense that sounds funny, but it’s what we’re trying to do here. We are complying with the law fully, but ah, our objective is to get this person a green card, and get through the labor certification process. So certainly we are not going to try to find a place [at which to advertise the job] where the applicants are the most numerous. We’re going to try to find a place where we can comply with the law, and hoping, and likely, not to find qualified and interested worker applicants.”

Why does Obama support these policies?!?!

I’d have to disagree with Elle here. While there are plenty of legitimate issues to roast Obama about, most of the chain e-mails going around are flat out lies, lies that were invented and used not by Republicans, but by Hillary backing DEMOCRATS.

Since the Hillary machine never had a chance to go up against McCain, they didn’t have a chance to spread too many lies about him. I’m sure if you look hard enough, you will find a few though. I know that there is still speculation that he is not an American citizen (sound familiar?) and that he crashed five planes when he was at Vietnam.

Bill Z, we have seen already that the typical Ameican worker is too proud of being ignorant and uneducated to go for the jobs that often go to H1-B applicants. I know many people in the accounting/finance and enginnering fields. There are simply not enough Americans who can support these jobs, regardless of what the propaganda piece you posted would have anyone believe. We are importing people from overseas because they are better at math and science, have a stronger work ethic than Americans, and can speak more than one language. That makes them MUCH more valuable to companies in the US than the American workers who think that promoting education in other langauges is somehow “elitist.”

The truth about McCain is damaging enough.

I decided to search snopes for this one.

Snopes has dozens of pages (a whole section in fact) of debunked lies about Obama. So I searched snopes.

I found several chain e-mails about McCain that snopes classified “True.”

But as I scrolled down… I DID find a few e-mails about McCain that snopes classfied as “False.”

The problem is, they were positive things about McCain.

E-mail claiming McCain plan would lower taxes but Obama plan would raise taxes: FALSE.

E-mail claiming that ABC news censored soldiers support for McCain: FALSE!

There was an e-mail supposedly about Barack Obama, but it contains a lie about John McCain. You know the famous quote, “My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the world. I hope you’ll join me as we try to change it.”

The e-mail claim is that this is a Barack Obama quote. It is in reality a John McCain quote. So by claiming John McCain DID NOT say that (but Barack Obama did) this classifies as a John McCain lie.

Here’s an e-mail about John Kerry, which by appearances isn’t about John McCain. The problem is, it’s a lie about John McCain because it attributes a quote to John Kerry that was actually a quote from John McCain. So, in its attack of John Kerry, it really should be attacking John McCain, the person who actually said the quote.

McCain referred to POWs and MIAs as Professional malcontents, conspiracy mongers, con artists and dime store Rambos in a 1994 debate. This is true. The lie about McCain is that he didn’t say that, that John Kerry did.
