I try to mass delete mail I recieve when I don’t have the time to read it all from businesses who send it. I don’t want to call it spam because there are times I want to read it.

Well it’s obvious they are resending it to you.
It’s kinda like soliciting, but through your e-mail
instead of us postal mail. For some you can
be removed from their e-mail list.

Welcome to junk mail city! This happens a lot and if you still want to get it sent to you then you have to continue to do what you have been doing. Otherwise send it to spam folder and check you spam folder before deleting it (something you should always do anyways to see if there is anything in there that isn’t spam).
