Printer question. Can the hp officejet 4215 all-in-one printer print mailing labels?

1 comment so far

I have a mass mailing to do and a deadline fast approaching. I can’t fill out the envelopes all by myself. Can this printer print address labels to put on the front of envelopes? If anyone knows how, please take me step by step– like you were teaching a baby…Thanks.

I enjoy printing single envelopes on HP printers and occasionally print single labels primarily bec it’s so professional looking when done in Microsoft Word and you can specificy the font and the many options.

In MS Word when printing labels, click on TOOLS and then LETTERS AND MAILINGS and select LABELS and you will see that it has the Avery Standard Label sizes built in by their corresponding Avery Label Number on the box and you can specify one single label, the whole sheet, or any one of the label positions by column and row.

Problem is I have never printed out mass labels like you desire and what you desire is referred to as a MASS MAILING in Microsoft Word…

Hope the Above Info Helps and You Know Where to Go Next. Best of Luck!
