    Do you like getting them? Why should anyone want to by hit by you?
    If you keep your contact list in Outlook (not the address book of Outlook Express) you can create a group and send the same e-mail to all the people.
    To be legal, the mailing must have your actual address and phone number with a valid reply e-mail (unlike the spam) and provide a way for the person to opt out. You can not send to random people but to valid contacts with your business.

    Buy a list of email addresses or get a ‘bulk mail’ permit from the post office…depending if you want to do virtual or paper mail.
