Upon receiving a mass 360 mailing from the Yahoo 360 Team about a trivial topic like the recent?
1 comment so far“If you were trapped…” message have you thought “Gee, so that’s what they are doing instead of answering serious questions about various Y! whistles and bells or improving the part of the site that really needs it like the help search?
I get the auto response that they received my question/comment and to expect a response in a couple of days and never get it. But yet they are constantly changing how various aspects of Y! work under the guise of improving the site ignoring basic glitches before thrusting their changes upon us with little or no warning or instruction.
I do know how to do a good search on various search engines and have 10 years experience as a sr systems analyst and technical writer.

I didn’t get this mass 360 mailing, but I do agree nonetheless.
