Part 1. Blocking e-mail from a specific address
Method A
Next time you get a e-mail from this person, report it as spam
1. check the box to the left of the message
2. click "Report spam"
Google should block future messages from the e-mail address. If you still receive these messages continue to report them as Spam and Google will "learn" to block them

But if you would like to take a more pro-active approach...

Method B
1. Go to and log in
2. Click in Settings (upper right)
3. Click on Filters tab
4. Click "Create a new filter"
5. In the "From" box type the e-mail address you wish to block and click "Next Step"
6. check "Delete it"
7. Click "Create Filter"

Part 2. auto-response e-mail telling them that their email cant be sent

First let me say that you may NOT wish to do this. By responding to malicious e-mailers, you are only confirming that they have indeed reached a valid e-mail address.

Second, I am not sure how you can do this with GMail. The best approximation I can think of is that you can forward the mail back to the sender, but I do not see a way for you to add a message of your own to this. To forward the e-mail back, simply check the "Forward email to" checkbox at the time you also select the "Delete it" one
