How do I delete my email address and use my alternate email address instead?

I want to delete my email address and use my alternate email address instead. It will allow me to have an alternate, but I cant get rid of the other email address

    Don’t use it for as least 7 months,it will delete automatic.

    You don’t include the name of you’r e-mail address. So I Don’t know how to help you!!!

    You cant delete an email account, you have to wait and not use it for 90 days and it will delete itself automatically.

    I wish I knew.
