Ask the representative (get their name and make sure you make note of their agent #, if they have one, and the time and date you called) to take you off their mailing list and make sure you ask them to mark you as "Do Not Promote". Very important!! This will (should) remove you from any and all promotions, such as catalogs via the post. For email promotions, you need to click on the link to unsubscribe. If you are still receiving catalogs or emails, you need to contact the Customer Service Manager. Make sure you reference the time & date you called and who you spoke with. Hope that helps!
