How to get yahoo’s attention? Not just get an auto generated message that does not answer the problem?

1 comment so far

I have been frantically emailing yahoo. for 5 days because my email account was ‘broken into’, the password changed, and mass mailings from my contact list being sent. Yahoo so far has only sent an auto generated response that does not solve the problem. How do you get someone there to read your problem and actually help resolve it??

Click on tools then “delete browser history” >delete >Ok.
    that should fix it .
If not run an anti-virus scan and then reboot.
    If that doesn’t work, Well
I took the last bit of the help out
    because you didn’t want it
    Good luck.
    Have a great day.
