It is and you can search to see if the hospital is there and then from there search for your niece. Some hospitals do require passwords when you look at the individual babies. You also can't see anyone or anything through an e-mail unless someone sends you a picture. I think that maybe you should just call the babies mother and make arrangements to see her.
