second yahoo email ? = an extra mail from your main account? if yes, sign in with the primary/main account on the Mail page of yahoo and click on top of the page, "My Account" or "Account Info". once you are inside in your account info page, click "Create/Edit Profiles". the profile page of your account & subprofiles will be displayed, now click on the one profile (not the main/primary), your extra mail name and click to delete.
if you are talking on two different accounts and you want to delete one of those accounts, sign in with the account you want to delete and click this link

Go here:
Choose which account that you want to delete. Follow all the prompts when you close out your account. Please be sure to read all warnings very carefully during the account deletion process.

By terminating your account, you will lose access to your entire Yahoo! ID. Everything stored in your account will be lost during the termination process. All this includes the following:

-Yahoo! Mail
-Yahoo! Address Book
-Yahoo! HotJobs
-GeoCities
-Yahoo! Briefcase
-My Yahoo!
-Yahoo! Groups
-Finance Portfolio
-Any other area that is accessible your username and password

Once you deleted your account, you can never open it back up again due to security reasons.
