Not able to send messages anymore to a friend on Facebook?

We have been emailing each other for the last month but aren’t on each others “friend lists.” Suddenly today we weren’t able to send each other messages and we could not see each others profile pics. What’s going on?

    It may sound bad, but the only reasons that could cause this to happen are:
    1) Your friend has blocked you.
    2) She has got her account deleted…either herself, or for violating the Terms of Service.

    Get another friend to search for her profile, and if they can see her profile picture and you can’t, then you’re definitely blocked.
