How can I discover a person’s email address with a header and IP address?

I have an IP address and also the email header. Could you point me in the right direction as to how I could discover the email address where it originated?

    there are software that you can use to find the exact email server that the user belong to…. and easier and cheaper way is to:
    (on windows)
    click Start => Run => then type cmd
    at the command prompt type

    tracert IPnumber

    or tracert 142.33.15.22 (example)
    once you’ve hit the last IP address or router, you can use whois.net or to find the company.
