where you dont have any idea who you are emailing, is there anything I can be charged with?

    doesn’t sound like it

    but judging by your question, and the fact that you asked this question more than once within 2 minutes….sounds like you need to just cool it when hitting “send”
    just once is all it takes……then you wait……and then the question appears
    or the e-mail is sent
