If I want to send a mass e-mail and want to include a colorful page with text, what format?

what format does the graphic and text need to be saved in? JPEG? or what? everytime i try to send to myself, it comes out as a tiny picture and needs to be downloaded to be viewed properly…..please help

    try saving it as a jpeg and see what happens if it does work email me back
