Changing your email address would mean closing your current account and losing all of the information you have in it.
You would have to open a new account with a new ID and password.
What you could do, is check the box next to each of these emails, go to the top and click the “Spam” button. They will go to your blocked senders list. Keep this up and eventually you won’t get them anymore.
But, if you still want to close the account, click “My Account” at the top of this page. You will have an option on this page to close your account.

To change your mailing address you will have to close the account. But you can get a second address and just leave that one sit. In the mean time just spam all unwanted mail.If you leave the troubled one sit for 3 or 4 months it will automatically be deleted by Yahoo.
