		<description>From the main mail screen, click on the Address tab near the top.  From there, select the list on the left that your addresses are in, which should bring up the list name and the addresses below that.  Click on Check All, and then click the down arrow next to the Send Mail button.  In that menu, click on Send Contact Info, which will bring you to a new message screen.  The top is where you'd put your recipient's email address, and the bottom already has everyone's email address that you are sending.  From there, hit Send and you're set!

When your recipient gets the message, the email will have links for adding the contacts to his Address Book.  Your recipient will have to create a new list to hold all of the new addresses if he wants to organize them the same way as yours.  But that's an easy couple of clicks here and there - and it beats retyping all of the email addresses by hand.</description>
