for bulk email sender ,I want to know why Yahoo is blocking more of the IP addresses recently?

As a bulk email sender, we follow the best practices for Deliverability. In the recent past we have observed that Yahoo is blocking most of our IP addresses from sending with erorr code of 553.

Can someone let me know, whats going with Yahoo.

You appear to be saying you have been blocked for sending or being associated with spam. I suggest
    1. You send a message to everbody in your address list requesting that they sign up to a new address list.
    2. You drop the old address list in favour of the new one.
3, You use a server not associated with spam.
