How do I retrive deleted bulk email from my yahoo account?

I think I may have accidently deleted an email in my bulk folder that I want to read, but I do not know how retrive it. When I go to my trash file it’s not there. The only things that are in the trash file are the deletes from my inbox.

    if it’s not in the trash file after u deleted it, there is no way u can get it back!!! i no what u mean, i had dat happened before:(

    When you click delete for the items in the Spam/bulk bin it gives you a second chance, it asks you if you are sure you want to delete all items because deleted item from the bulk bin do not go to trash and are permanently deleted.
