I tried watching figure skating Tuesday-- THREE PAIRS in an HOUR, with 4 minute programs each. That's ridiculous!! This doesn't answer your question since i don't know his/her email, just wanted to share my agreement and support. Please post the email if you find it, i'd love to write a complaint as well.
