Setup your groups and put the group name in the BCC field. Keep in mind that most ISPs limit the number of names you can mail to at any one time to stop spammers. Each ISP is different so you might want to ask. Some are 20, 25, 50 or more. So make your groups according to that number. Outlook allows you to send to groups. Consider using email merge in MS Word or similar program if you have the time to set it up. That will generate an individual email for each recipient.
