How do you send mass emails in Outlook?

1 comment so far

I am limited to 2 distribution lists which hold 10 addresses in each group. What do I need to do to send out 50-80 emails in one shot attached with an excel workbook that is 243KB? I am getting tired of resending the same information 10 times because I am limited to such a small quantity.

If this is from a computer on a network, then it may be controlled by the MS-Exchange server. If so, then you will not be able to make that change, unless you happen to be the Administrator.

Also, I would take that MS-Excel file and compress it into a .ZIP file before attaching it to your emails. It keeps the size down, which may also be controlled with the MS-Exchange server.
