		<description>If this is from a computer on a network, then it may be controlled by the MS-Exchange server.  If so, then you will not be able to make that change, unless you happen to be the Administrator.

Also, I would take that MS-Excel file and compress it into a .ZIP file before attaching it to your emails.  It keeps the size down, which may also be controlled with the MS-Exchange server.</description>
