Second, no such list exists, and anyone who tells you otherwise is a spammer. They'll just take your money, maybe send out the emails, and possibly get your website and accounts eradicated from the internet. That's not the way to do business. If you want a list of interested people...get a website and ask people to join your list - and make sure it stays your list. Do not rent/sell/lend it to other people.
