I have been getting anywhere from 10 to over a dozen unwanted “BULK” emails daily. How can i stop this?

I am kind of new to this. I am able to delete the items of course, but what i want is to “delete” this bulk email irritant altogether! period. This morning i had some spill over into my regualr email inbox. Enough already!!! There has to be a way to stop this unwanted daily business email. Please help.

    Stop signing up for things on the internet. They are a scam almost 100% of the time. Don’t put your e-mail address in for anything you see; like the free givaways and stuff. They aren’t real!!

    Okay when you go into your email account move all the messages from bulk folder to the inbox. Then select all those messages and push the spam button. This will add the addresses to your blocked listed and delete the message. It helps a little but for some reason we still get them. Hope that helps.

    Practically speaking there is no permanent solution for this. Even if you “block”, “create filters”, or mark “spam”, they keep coming from new IDs every now and then; and this exercise of blocking, filtering goes on time to time.
