Even if you "block", "create filters", or mark "spam", they keep coming from new IDs every now and then; and this exercise of blocking, filtering goes on time to time. Then select all those messages and push the spam button. This will add the addresses to your blocked listed and delete the message. It helps a little but for some reason we still get them.
