It’s a HUGE sign saying DO NOT GO TO SCHOOL HERE!

If you did go to school there you’ll find they will treat you just like that when you ask things like Why are the doors locked when I already paid you? How come I can’t get my money back?

Pick up the phone. Write them a letter. Doublecheck the address you’re using. Make sure YOUR computer isn’t blocking their responses. Call the admissions office directly, by phone, and talk to a human being. Verify the place is still open for business.

The Internet is NOT the only way to access the outside world.

If they’ve got a phone number, try calling them. Otherwise you may need to look for another school. Obviously this one doesn’t need your business.
