Can I copy & paste email addresses from Word document into email distribution list?
1 comment so farI am secretary of sports team and just received a long list of email addresses in a word document format. Do I have to re-type each address in yahoo mail to create email distrubution list? There’s got to be an easier way. I will need to email to all recipients frequently. Can any help me out?

You can set up a group of contacts, provided it’s no more than 100 names, and only 50 to one domain.
You may cut and paste the names from the word document, but I suspect you will have to enter each one individually and save it before entering the next (I’ve not set up groups myself, just read about it here)
At least once the group is set up, you can forward mails to all in the group in the BCC: Area, of course, (for their privacy and security) without constantly typing names again. The secretary of my group does this regularly.
