		<description>If you're a U.S. citizen, you can register your phone numbers with and be pulled from many lists, it works perfectly. 

However, spam emails are much harder to block. Depending on your email account provider, they should have a spam or junk mail folder that you can utilize, but sadly, no simple service that I'm aware of.</description>
