Need to send mass email to 870 ppl. I have all the email addresses in excel sheet how do I send emails?

Please Help!!!! And please tell me step by step as you can see I am no computer wize :( I part of a student organization and I need help. Thanks in advance.

    No direct way that I know of. However here is a workaround. First copy the column that contains the e-mail addresses into a word document.

    Once this is done highlight all the rows and select table then convert then table to text. make sure you select , as the deliminater.

    Next click on edit and select replace click on more and then special then click on paragraph mark

    when you clcik replace all the paragraph marks will be deleted

    You can then copy the e-mail addresses into the to on your e-mail program the comma is used to seperate e-mail addresses.
