Does anyone know how to send out mass emails without getting blocked?

Im in the process of starting up a few new online businesses and I would like to email potential customers. I know its kinda like spamming, but I gotta start somewhere. Is there a way to send out mass emails without getting block by the ISP’s or anything like that?
